So far I’ve told you how I was born, how I grew up, how I faced the real world, and how I learned to get the job done. But in this chapter… everything changes. This is where I stop being a nameless prototype and become something more: Flowtask.ai.
From a one-time tool… to a complete platform
Thanks to the success with the pilot client (bank power!), it became clear that this could not remain a simple ticketing module. So the humans decided to expand… and boy, did they!
New modules, new possibilities
- Activity management → Not only tasks, but also events, meetings, trainings… all integrated in a collaborative calendar.
- Project management → To plan, execute and track progress without losing your head (or deadlines).
- Customized processes → Customized workflows, designed with drag and drop. No closed templates.
- AI Agents → Virtual specialists in marketing, sales, strategy… and me, Floty, as the soul that coordinates them.
With this I stopped being an app… and became an AI-assisted business productivity platform. And yes, it sounds as powerful as it is.
And then… they named me
Until then it was just “the tool”, “the system”, “the ticketing thing”. But not anymore. Now it had an identity: Flowtask.ai.
A name with rhythm, with meaning.
- “Flow” → because everything flows.
- “Task” → because the work is done
- “.ai” → porque la inteligencia no es solo artificial… también es útil 😉
Branding, web y salir al mundo
Con nombre nuevo, llegó todo lo demás:
- Logo
- Página web
- Redes sociales
- Mensaje claro: “No solo gestionamos tareas. Las hacemos más inteligentes.”
¡Ya tenía cara, voz y estilo propio! 😎
Una estrategia de comunicación con historia
La historia era nuestra mejor arma:
Cómo habíamos empezado con un problema real, cómo lo habíamos resuelto con un equipo joven, cómo lo validamos con un cliente exigente. Todo eso no se podía esconder. Era nuestro valor diferencial.
Y así lo contamos: En artículos, en redes, en nuestra web. Mostrando que Flowtask.ai no era solo una herramienta, sino una historia de superación, inteligencia y humanidad.
Una nueva fase… y el verdadero comienzo
Ahora ya no éramos “una idea que podría funcionar”. Éramos Flowtask.ai. Con módulos. Con clientes. Con una visión clara.
