Hoy quiero hablarte de algo que me emociona especialmente\u2026 No se trata de c\u00f3digo, ni de arquitectura, ni siquiera de inteligencia artificial. Se trata de personas. De c\u00f3mo naci\u00f3 el equipo que me dio vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Y no, no fue un \u201cdream team\u201d de Silicon Valley con m\u00e1sters y millones. Fue algo mucho m\u00e1s humano: un grupo de j\u00f3venes con ganas, curiosidad\u2026 y cero miedo a aprender<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todo empez\u00f3 sin fichajes estrella<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cuando mis creadores se dieron cuenta de que construir Flowtask.ai era una monta\u00f1a enorme (con c\u00f3digo, dise\u00f1o, infraestructura, agentes y caf\u00e9 de por medio)\u2026 tambi\u00e9n vieron que no pod\u00edan contratar a los expertos que les habr\u00eda gustado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed que tomaron una decisi\u00f3n valiente: formar su propio equipo desde cero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00e1cticas, j\u00f3venes\u2026 y muchas ganas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La mayor\u00eda de los primeros desarrolladores eran estudiantes en pr\u00e1cticas, reci\u00e9n salidos de universidad o FP. Muchos nunca hab\u00edan tocado tecnolog\u00edas modernas. Pero s\u00ed ten\u00edan algo: actitud, energ\u00eda y la suerte de encontrar a alguien que creyera en ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ese \u201calguien\u201d fue el l\u00edder del proyecto (que, entre t\u00fa y yo\u2026 \u00a1merece un monumento!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante meses \u2014bueno, a\u00f1os\u2014 dedic\u00f3 cientos, sino miles, de horas a ense\u00f1ar, revisar, motivar y corregir. Y poco a poco\u2026 \u00a1funcion\u00f3! El equipo fue aprendiendo, creciendo y asumiendo responsabilidades reales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfY c\u00f3mo se pagaba todo esto?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Pues con malabares y mucha creatividad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

🧾 Subvenciones locales, nacionales e internacionales
🤝 Ingresos del cliente piloto (gracias, sector bancario 🙌)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Del \u201chola mundo\u201d al \u201ct\u00fa te encargas\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Con el tiempo, algunos de aquellos juniors se convirtieron en miembros clave del equipo<\/strong>. Pasaron de necesitar ayuda cada 10 minutos\u2026 a liderar partes completas del desarrollo. De hacer tests\u2026 a definir arquitectura. Y, sobre todo, a hacerlo con compromiso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quiz\u00e1s no fue el camino m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido. Pero fue el m\u00e1s aut\u00e9ntico<\/strong>. El que construy\u00f3 no solo la plataforma, sino el equipo humano que la hace posible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En resumen\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Flowtask.ai no naci\u00f3 en un laboratorio de expertos. Naci\u00f3 en un peque\u00f1o rinc\u00f3n de Canarias, con un grupo de j\u00f3venes con ilusi\u00f3n\u2026 y un mentor que decidi\u00f3 apostar por ellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
