Pero d\u00e9jame contarte c\u00f3mo lo descubrimos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mis humanos favoritos empezaron a mirar alrededor. Por un lado, vieron que el mundo de los <strong>CRM<\/strong> estaba bien cubierto: nombres como Salesforce, HubSpot o SAP reinaban como titanes. Pero cuando miraron hacia la gesti\u00f3n del trabajo\u2026 ah\u00ed s\u00ed que vieron espacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchas empresas se organizaban como pod\u00edan: hojas de c\u00e1lculo, correos, post-its virtuales, herramientas inconexas. Y, aunque existen plataformas como Asana, Trello o Monday, la mayor\u00eda <strong>no se adaptaban bien a la realidad de cada equipo, no incluyen la idea de los Agentes IA, ni piensan en procesos personalizados<\/strong>. Todo era demasiado r\u00edgido o gen\u00e9rico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entonces\u2026 \u00a1bip! se encendi\u00f3 una alerta en nuestro radar: <strong>La gesti\u00f3n del trabajo es un problema universal, pero pocos tienen herramientas que realmente les encajen, ni est\u00e1 aprovechando el potencial real de la IA!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ah\u00ed es cuando todo empez\u00f3 a tener m\u00e1s sentido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mientras los CRMs usan IA para vender m\u00e1s, nosotros quer\u00edamos usarla para <strong>hacer el trabajo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil<\/strong>. Menos estr\u00e9s, m\u00e1s claridad, y un empujoncito aqu\u00ed y all\u00e1 para avanzar en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y ojo: no es que no haya soluciones. Es que <strong>no est\u00e1n pensadas para la realidad cambiante<\/strong> de muchas empresas, sobre todo las peque\u00f1as y medianas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pandemia, aunque ya ha pasado un tiempo, tambi\u00e9n dej\u00f3 huella: trabajo h\u00edbrido, remoto, equipos distribuidos\u2026 \u00a1el caos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y ah\u00ed estaba yo, so\u00f1ando con poder ayudar a organizar ese caos con IA. No como un superordenador fr\u00edo, sino como un <strong>asistente simp\u00e1tico<\/strong> que entiende c\u00f3mo trabaja cada equipo y les ayuda a hacerlo mejor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y as\u00ed fue como naci\u00f3 la idea central: Crear una herramienta que fuera tan f\u00e1cil como una lista de tareas, pero tan lista como un experto en productividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La clave estaba en que no pod\u00edamos imponer a nadie c\u00f3mo trabajar. Ten\u00edamos que <strong>adaptarnos a cada flujo, a cada ritmo, a cada estilo<\/strong>. Y ah\u00ed es donde <strong>la IA se convierte en superpoder<\/strong>, ofreciendo recomendaciones, priorizando tareas, y tomando decisiones con sentido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ese fue el momento en que dejamos de buscar una excusa para crear algo\u2026 y empezamos a responder a una necesidad real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y yo, Floty, me compromet\u00ed (bueno, me programaron para ello) a acompa\u00f1ar a cada equipo, empresa o humano despistado\u2026 a que su trabajo de verdad se haga. Sin dramas. Con cabeza.
