2. Purpose and acceptance<\/h2>

Accessing and using this website confers the status of user, who from that moment accepts these general conditions of use.<\/p>

These conditions govern only the use of the flowtask.ai website. The use of the Flowtask platform by a customer organisation is governed by the contract entered into with that organisation and by any particular conditions set out therein, which prevail over this text in all matters they cover. <\/p>

3. Use of the website<\/h2>

The website provides information about Flowtask and its services, explanatory materials, contact and subscription forms, and access to the platform for organisations that have contracted it.<\/p>

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services that Flowtask offers through its website and, by way of example and without limitation, not to use them to:<\/p>

engage in unlawful or illegal activities, or activities contrary to good faith and public order;
disseminate content that is racist, xenophobic, pornographic, that condones terrorism, or that infringes human rights;
cause damage to the physical or logical systems of Flowtask, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread malicious software, or any other system liable to cause damage;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas, other people’s accounts or other users’ data;
use contact details obtained through the website to send unsolicited commercial communications.<\/p>

Flowtask reserves the right to withdraw any comments and contributions that infringe respect for personal dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist or pornographic, that infringe the rights of young people or children, or that infringe public order or safety, or that in its judgement are not suitable for publication.<\/p>

4. Registration and access credentials<\/h2>

Where the use of an area of the website requires registration, the user shall provide truthful and up-to-date information and shall be responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of their credentials. Use of the credentials is presumed to be by their holder, who shall be responsible for operations carried out with them until they notify Flowtask of their loss, theft or unauthorised use. <\/p>

5. Intellectual and industrial property<\/h2>

Flowtask, in its own right or as assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights in the website and in the elements contained within it, including, among others, text, images, sound, audio, video, software, graphic design and source code.<\/p>

FLOWTASK is a trade mark applied for before the European Union Intellectual Property Office and before the Spanish Patent and Trade Mark Office.<\/p>

The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the making available, of all or part of the content for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without the authorisation of Flowtask. The user undertakes to respect these rights and to refrain from removing, circumventing or tampering with any protection device or security system installed on the site. <\/p>

6. Data protection<\/h2>

Flowtask complies with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, and with Spanish Organic Law 3\/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.<\/p>

Information on what data is processed, for what purpose, for how long, with whom it is shared, and how to exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this legal notice.<\/p>

In accordance with Article 21 of Law 34\/2002, Flowtask sends commercial communications by email only where it has been expressly authorised to do so or where a prior contractual relationship exists; in both cases the recipient may object at any time, free of charge, using the unsubscribe link in each communication or by writing to the address given in section 1.<\/p>

7. Exclusion of warranties and liability<\/h2>

Flowtask prepares the content of the website with the utmost diligence, but does not warrant that it is free from error or permanently up to date, and accepts no liability for damage or loss of any nature arising from access to the website or from the use of its informational content.<\/p>

This exclusion relates to the explanatory content of the website and does not affect the obligations and service levels that Flowtask assumes towards its customers under the platform contract, which are governed by the terms agreed therein.<\/p>

8. Links<\/h2>

The website may contain links to third-party sites. Flowtask exercises no control over them and accepts no responsibility for their content, and the presence of a link does not imply any relationship, recommendation or endorsement. If you become aware of a link to a site with unlawful or inappropriate content, please notify the address given in section 1 and it will be removed. <\/p>

9. Right of exclusion<\/h2>

Flowtask reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the website, without prior notice, to users who breach these conditions.<\/p>

10. Amendment of these conditions and term<\/h2>

Flowtask may amend the conditions set out here. The applicable version is the one published on the website at the time of access, and each version states its last-updated date. These conditions remain in force for as long as they are displayed, until they are amended in whole or in part. <\/p>

11. Governing law and jurisdiction<\/h2>

The relationship between Flowtask and the user is governed by Spanish law in force. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, unless a mandatory rule determines otherwise.
